Our list of Military Treatment Facilities that offer fertility treatments in various capacities.

These Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) have partnered with civilian clinics and offer a range of fertility treatments or assisted reproductive services at much lower costs than those available at civilian providers. Please be aware that there are usually long waitlists for these programs and some come with certain restrictions. Those MTFs are:
Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) - at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, Washington.
Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) - in San Diego, California.
Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) - at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.
Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) - at Schofield Barracks in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) - in Bethesda, Maryland.
Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) - at Fort Liberty in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Wright-Paterson Medical Center/88th Medical Group (WPAFB) - in Dayton, Ohio.
Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) – in Portsmouth, VA.
