Our Support Groups

Our support groups provide a safe space to come to talk about your family building journey with others to gain support, encouragement, and more.

What is a support group?

At the most basic level, a support group is a gathering of a group of people who are going through or experiencing similar struggles who meet to share and talk about what they are going through. Here at Building Military Families Network, we offer peer-led support groups that are run by individuals who have experienced the topic of the group. Peer support groups are not meant to replace professional counseling or seeking other professional help but are intended to be used for community, support, and encouragement.
